The CCC (Carolina Cross connection) is a Youth Ministry Camp that completes home improvement projects for families in need. Since 1988 Carolina Cross Connection has ministered from tool sheds and front stoops to provide a summer home repair ministry to help youth and adults put their faith in action. The CCC strives to connect local churches and small groups to neighbors in need, CCC seeks to develop communities who nurture and take care of one another. These projects help make homes handicap accessible, or badly needed home repairs for families who could not otherwise afford to do so. The CCC serves 20 western counties, Asheville’s homeless, and cares for orphans in Honduras. In the past 27 summers the CCC has seen 28,000 volunteers assist over 16,000 families and individuals in need. The values are empowering the youth to serve and lead in the name of Christ. To give back and be a part of the community while having fun and providing excellence in the service projects they complete.
SERVPRO of West Forsyth County owner Jeff Meadows has participated in week long CCC mission trips in the past and believes in this philosophy so much the company will be sponsoring the Morning Watch 5K, Fun Run. This will be held on March 14th at the community of Clemmons West Subdivision 3376 Middlebrook Drive Clemmons NC.
